Abstract

[Objective] To evaluate the external effect of the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei on the activity of tyrosinase. [Methods] Experiments in vitro were performed to evaluate the effects of the extracts from the Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei on the activity of tyrosinase. [Results] The results showed that the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei could activate tyrosinase. [Conclusion] The effectiveness of the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei for the activity of tyrosinase provide basis of pharmacodynamics for treating vitiligo. |
