Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of acupuncture for Yichuanfang on the lung function and humoral immunity in AECOPD patients. [Methods] One hundred and forty cases of patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into A Feiyu group of 33 cases, B Zhigou group of 32 cases, C Yichuanfang (Feiyu+Zhigou) group of 30 cases, D western medicine group of 30 cases. The changes of clinical symptoms, lung function, humoral immunity IgG, IgA, IgM in patients were observed before and after treatment. [Results] A Feyhu group 81.8%, B Zhigou group 81.2%, C Yichuanfang(Feyhu+Zhigou) group 93.3%, D western medicine group 76.6%, over four sets efficacy, were statistically significant differences, P<0.05. [Conclusion] Acupuncture for Yichuanfang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients with AECOPD, and no drug-related serionus adverse were observed. |
