Abstract

[Objective] By observation of Yixin Dingji prescription on human umbilical vein endothelial VEGF expression to explore its treatment of coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmia mechanism and provide an objective basis for clinical application. [Methods] Prepared medicated serumy by 20 male Wistar rats, the endothelial cells were seeded in both serum-free medium. VEGF expression was measured by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The medicated serum cell borders and nuclear structure clear nucleus color deeply stained, normal serum group the VEGF only a weak expression. [Conclusion] Yixin Dingji prescription can significantly promote VEGF expression, and it may be one of the mechanisms of treatment in coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmias. |
