Abstract
|
[Objective] To compare the different extraction methods for the seed of Psoralea corylifolia L.[Methods] The transfer ratio of psoralen, isopsoralen, bavachin, isobavachalcone and bakuchiol was used as an index to compare three extraction methods(cold-maceration, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and reflux) and choose the suitable extraction method. [Results] Compared with the other two methods, cold-maceration method proved to be less energy-consuming and greatly efficient. [Conclusion] Based on the need of mass production, cold-maceration proved to be the most suitable extraction method. |
