Abstract
|
[Objective] To discuss the effect of total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum on proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).[Methods] MSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum, the proliferation effect on MSCs was detected with MTT.[Results] The 20% concentration of the TGC serum collected from rats 1 h later after intragastric infusion was proved to be the most effective concentration on the proliferation of MSCs, the 625 μg/mL concentration of the TGC was proved to be the most effective concentration on the proliferation of MSCs. [Conclusion] The total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum can promote the proliferation of MSCs in rats. |
