Abstract
|
[Objective] Suppressing the excessive activation of microglia is very important for the treatment of stroke, neurodegenerative and so on. The study is to visit the effects of Chrysophanol on the secretion of inflammatory factor from lipopolysaccharide-induced microglial. [Methods] We cultured microglia cell line, detect the cell viability of microglia and the secretion of nitric oxide(NO), Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha(TNF-α) from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced microglial cell. [Results] Compared with LPS, Chrysophanol could inhibit the secretion of NO and TNF-α. [Conclusion] Chrysophanol can inhibit the LPS-induced secretion of inflammatory factor from microglia. |
