Abstract
|
[Objective] The traditional ointment (Zhengrong Facial Paralysis Ointment) was changed into gel, and compared their efficacy, to provide a convenient and effective new formulation for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. [Methods] The Zhengrong gel was prepared with cabomer P940 as veihele. 72 cases clinic patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (36 cases) and the treatment group (36 cases). On the basis of the treatment of western medicine, the control group were sticked with Zhengrong Facial Paralysis Ointment, the treatment of group were sticked with Zhengrong gel. To compare the treatment effect of the two groups, With the cure rate and the cure rate in a course of treatment ane indexes. [Results] The quality of gel is up to standard. Compared with the control group, the cure rate was increased significantly, and the course of treatment was shortened significantly. the differences between two groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Zhengrong gel had better treatment than The traditional ointment, it is easy to use and can be used as a new formulation for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. |
