Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe effect of different permanent magnetic fields on human brain microvascular endothelial cell(HBMEC) proliferation under normal and hypoxia conditions.[Methods] HBMEC were cultured in vitro under normal condition and hypoxia condition, experimental cells were divided into 10 groups, control group, ginkgo biloba injection(350 mg/L) group, different induction magnetic field groups (3.4, 5.6, 13.8, 27.8, 52.6, 107.0, 178.9, 292.2 mT), each group was collected specimens 48 h after planking, MTT method was used to measure cell proliferation. [Results] Compared with control group, the drug group was statistically different(P<0.05) under normal condition and hypoxia condition, magnetic field groups were no statistically different(P>0.05); there was no statistical difference between magnetic field groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Magnetic field groups with magnetic induction 3.4,5.6,13.8,27.8,52.6,107.0,178.9,292.2 mT have no effect on proliferation of HBMEC cultured under normal or hypoxia condition. |
