Abstract
|
[Objective] To perform a comparative study about the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures on peoniflorin enriching. [Methods] Peoniflorin was taken as the index to investigate the resins' static and dynamic absorbtion and desorption performance.[Results] D101 macroporous resin from A and B manufactures had a high static absorbtion and desorption performance, but B, D and E had a high performance in dynamic absorption and desorption.[Conclusion] There are some differences on the enrichment of peoniflorin by the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures. |
