| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the influence of Zhuyu Tongmai (removing stasis and promoting circulation) capsule combined with Vinpocetine on the level of H2S and CBS in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency. [Methods] One hundred and fifty patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency were randomly divided in three groups. Patients in group A was treated with Zhuyu Tongmai capsule, group B with Vinpocetine injection and group C with Zhuyu Tongmai capsule and Vinpocetine injection. Each group took the conventional treatment as basic treatment. The level of CBS and H2S in each group were observed and compared. [Results] The plasma level of CBS and H2S in patients with cerebral blood deficiency of group C was obviously higher than that in group A and B with significant statistical difference(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Zhuyu Tongmai capsule combined with Vinpocetine injection can reduce plasma level of CBS and H2S, improve symptoms in patients with chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency and reduce the rate of recurrence. |
