| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the effect of Danshen injection on human vascular endothelial cells injured by high glucose. [Methods] The endothelial cells were obtained by perfusion digestion of blood from umbilical vein using type Ⅰ collagenase (0.1%), and the second passage of endothelial cells was incubated in 96 plate. The formed subconfluent, endothelial cells were incubated with different medium respectively: normal control, group inured with high glucose and protected group with different concentration of Danshen injection. 48 hours later, the number of survived cells were determined with MTT. [Results] At the concentration of 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 mg/ml, Danshen injection could improve the protective effect against the injury of endothelial cells harmed by high glucose(P<0.05), at the concentration of 10-4 mg/ml could not improve the protective effect (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Danshen injection of high concentration can protect endothelial cells harmed by high glucose. |
