Abstract
|
[Objective] To develop a content determination method for simultaneous determination of harpagide and harpagoside in figwort roots, and establish its methodology. [Methods] The HPLC method is adopted to assay harpagide glycosides as internal standard, establishe the relative correction factor with harpagoside. Five batches figwort roots are determined the two iridoids content using, quantitative analysis multicomponents by single marker(QAMS) and compared with the external standard method. [Results] No significant differences was found in the quantitative analysis results of the two iridoids content between external standard method and QAMS method.[Conclusion] The use of relative correction factor is feasible to assay the content of the harpagoside. QAMS method can be used for the quality assessment of figwort roots. |
