Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of Dipsacus asper. [Methods] The compounds were isolated from the 50% ethanol fraction using Macroporous resin by many kinds of chromatography methods and identified on the basis of phytochemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. [Results] Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as(+)-1-Hydroxy Pinoresinol 4'-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside(1),methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(2),methyl 4, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(3), methyl 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(4),loganin(5),demethylsecologanol (6),respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 1, 4 is isolated from this plant for the first time. |
