Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish and evaluate the model of diabetic foot infected by staphylococcus aureus in rats.[Methods] Based on the description about the establishment of the model of diabetic foot form the data in existing literature, combined with the clinical observation, high-fat diet with streptozotocin (STZ) was used to establish diabetes. Then constant temperature and pressure were given to establish ulcers. With a phased implementation of the modeling factors and a comprehensive evaluation method with integrated disease and syndrome a model of diabetic foot infected with staphylococcus aureus was initially established in rats. [Results] When compared between the model control group (M) and the model treatment group (MT) it was fond that HCRP, NO, AGES, TNF-α, NF, IL-1β, were different (P<0.05) with a lower levels in the treatment group. [Conclusion] A reliable tool is provided for studying infected diabetic foot with this model. |
