| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ovulation obstructive infertility treated by traditional Chinese medicine adjustable weeks method combined acupuncture.[Method] Divided 96 patients conforming to the standard into two groups randomly. Used TCM adjusting menstrual period method and acupunctured to 48 patients in treatment group,while TCM adjustable weeks method combined CC to 48 patients in control group.Compare the ovulation rate after treatment, BBT recovery rate, conception rate, Chinese medicine symptom score, mild OHSS incidence and comparison of Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment etc.[Results] Compare the ovulation rate, BBT recovery rate after treatment, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Compare the conception rate, Chinese medicine symptom score and mild OHSS incidence after treatment, there was statistical significance(P>0.05).[Conclusion]TCM adjustable weeks method combined acupuncture has good effect for the ovulation obstructive infertility, can significantly improve the conception rate and alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of mild OHSS and is much more safety and reliable. |
