Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents from Flos Sophorae.[Methods] The chemical components were obtained by using chromatographies such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, and identified by the chemical and physical methods, especially spectral analysis.[Results] Six compounds were obtained and identified as icariside F2 (1), gallic acid 3-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside (2), ethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucoside (3), Et (6-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), L-tryptophan (5) and 2'-deoxythymidine (6), respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 1~5 were obtained from Sophora genus firstly. |
