Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for evaluating the antioxidant activity of Flos Lonicerae, comparing antioxidant activity of Flos Lonicerae from different origins and determine the contribution rate of the each active antioxidant ingredient.[Methods] Using an active filter with fast online system, HPLC-DAD-1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (HPLC-DAD-DPPH)in methanol citrate online system, the antioxidant activity fingerprints of Flos Lonicerae was established. [Results] Identifying the main antioxidant active ingredients and using chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid A, the quality control of Flos Lonicerae in different origins was accomplished taking eight main active ingredients in Flos Lonicerae as the indicators of antioxidant activity. It was demonstrated that the quality of the wild Flos Lonicerae from Guangzhou was the best amang all selected samples.[Conclusion] This method is simple and feasible. It is based on activity integrated fingerprint technology for screening the active antioxidant ingredients in herb and as an index, providing a reference model for evaluation of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensively and effectively. |
