Abstract
"Women diseases are complex and varied" originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhong-jing, which holds the view that deficiency, accumulated cold and Qi stagnation are the main causes. Deficiency means the lack of Qi and blood, as well as the dysfunction of internal organs. Accumulated cold refers to cold evil which is blocked inside and difficult to disappear. Qi stagnation arises from depression. The imbalance in one of these three impacts will lead to women diseases sooner or later.
