Abstract
|
The animal model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury is a classic model in researching the preadaptation mechanism of myocardial ischemia, evaluating the therapeutic effect of the drugs of anti-myocardial ischemia and irrhythmia. There are still many deficiencies in the classic experimental operation. It is necessary for the continuing improving some key techniques in modeling, strengthening the study on the pre-operative treating, intra-operative procedure and post-operative nursing, analyzing the key troubles in reproducing these models of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury and providing the resolving method and establishing a normal process in modeling myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
