Abstract
|
[Objective] The expression of α-SMA, TIMP-1 and ROCKⅠ in the hepatic(HSC-T6) stellate cell were measured to study the proliferating effect of Sanjia powder. [Methods] HSC-T6 cells interfered by Sanjia powder-containing serum, RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of α-SMA, TIMP-1, ROCKⅠ in the hepatic stellate cell. [Results] Real-time PCR and Western blot assay showed that Sanjia powder and Y-27632 could reduce the expression of ROCK-Ⅰprotein, TIMP-1 and a-SMA mRNA in HSC-T6 cells. [Conclusion] Sanjia powder can decrease the expression of ROCK-Ⅰ protein, TIMP-1 and a - SMA in HSC-T6 cells. |
