Abstract
[Objective] To establish a sensitive method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, p-coumarin and hyperin in order to provide some evidences for the quality control of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.. [Methods] Methanol and 0.05% formic acid were used as mobile phase. The sample was separated on an ODS C18 25 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength was set at 360 nm. [Results] Chlorogenic acid, p-coumarin and hyperin were well separated by HPLC. Linearity ranges were 2.00~100 μg/mL(r=0.999 3), 6.25~100 μg/mL (r=0.999 1) and 0.50~5 0 μg/mL(r=0.999 1) for chlorogenic acid, p-coumarin and hyperin, respectively.[Conclusion] The simple and feasible HPLC method was established to evaluate the quality of Cuscuta chinensis Lam..
