| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the effects of Shunaoxin dripping pills combined conventional medical treatment on ambulatory blood pressure elements of the hypertensive patients with vertigo. [Methods] Choose 138 patients of the hypertension, and divide into two groups, the control group of 69 patients, experimental group of 69 patients. Shedding eight cases, and finally complete the clinical observation of 130 cases, the control group of 67 cases, the experimental group of 63 cases. Observing the changes of the mean ambulatory blood pressure, pulse pressure, blood pressure patterns, blood pressure variability, smoothness index before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment. [Results] Experimental group was better than control group on pulse pressure, blood pressure variability and smoothness index improved after 4 weeks of treatment, but the impact on the mean ambulatory blood pressure levels and blood pressure patterns did not show obvious advantage compared with the control group. [Conclusion] With the extension of the time for medication, Shunaoxin dripping pills combined conventional medical treatment can be better than the conventional treatment on decreasing pulse pressure, reducing blood pressure variability, increasing smoothness index, so as to make blood pressure decline steadily. |
