Abstract
[Objective] To establish a UPLC method for content determination of Baicalin and Linarin in Cuochuang Gel. [Methods] The column was Acquity BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm). The mobile phase consisted of a mixture acetonitrile-1%formic acid(20:80). The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 320 nm under 35 ℃. [Results] The calibration curves for baicalin and Linarin were linear in the ranges of 3.767~75.34 μg and 0.840 96~33.638 4 μg, and the average recovery was 99.04% and 97.42%(n=6), with RSD of 1.97% and 1.81%, respectively. [Conclusion] This method was simple, precise and repeatable, which can be used for quality control of Cuochuang Gel.
