Abstract
|
[Objective] To provide scientific evidence for molecular identification by analyzing ITS sequences in different germplasms from Flos Rosae Rugosae. [Methods] The ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) regions were cloned by PCR amplification and sequenced bi-directionally. The ITS sequences were aligned by CLUSTALX(2.0) and genetic distances were calculated. [Results] The genetic distances among different germplasms ranged form 0.000 to 0.011. There were a lot of variable sites in both ITS1 and ITS1 sequences from non-coding regions, as well as 5.8S from the conservative region. [Conclusion] The phylogentic analyses based on ITS sequences can provide reliable molecular evidences for identifying different genotypic germplasms of Flos Rosae Rugosae. |
