Abstract

[Objective] To optimize extraction process of prescription drugs from Chaihu Guizhi Granule by orthogonal test.[Methods] Ethanol extraction technology of Radix bupleurl and other herbs was optimized by orthogonal test with Saikosaponin A, baicalin, paeoniflorin and extract rate as detection index.[Results] Optimum extraction process conditions were determined as follows: Radix bupleurl and other herbs were extracted 3 times with 2 h by 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol.[Conclusion] This optimized extraction technology of Chaihu Guizhi Granule was stable and feasible, it could be extended to industrial production. |
