Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical observation of Roucongrong decoction combined with PPDO minimally invasive embedded wire's on elderly stubborn constipation. [Methods] The cases selected by random method were divided into the treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by oral Guodao tablet. Treatment group was treated by Roucongrong decoction combined with PPDO minimally invasive embedded wire. Course of treatment of two groups were 4 weeks. [Results] After treatment the clinical curative effect was gradually increasing of each point. Patients in defecation time interval, stool properties, defecate effort had improved significantly before and after treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05); Compared with control group, treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the two groups after treatment, 48 h and 72 h residual marker number compared with before treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Roucongrong decoction combined with PPDO minimally invasive embedded wire can obviously improve clinical symptoms, enhance the gastrointestinal dynamics. |
