| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the inhibitory activity of flavonoids isolated from Exochorda serratifolia S. Moore. leaves on α-glucosidase.[Methods] Inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase was screened by the 96-microplate-based method.[Results] The flavonoids showed inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase. Among them, luteolin, luteolin-7-O-β-D-neospheroside, apigenin, apigenin-7-O-β-D-neospheroside, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside showed stronger inhibitory activity than acarbose.[Conclusion] Flavonoids may be the substances basis of Exochorda serratifolia S. Moore. leaves with inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase. |
