Clinical observation on the improvement of anxiety state in patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the clinical observation of the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.[Methods] Used prospective randomized controlled trial methods, 57 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(30 cases) by cervical vertebra health exercises combined rubbing and tendons stretching and massage therapy; control group (27 cases) by rubbing and tendons stretching and massage therapy. With 14 days as a treatment cycle, the improvement rate of anxiety state of the two patients were observed after treatment. [Results] There were significant differences in anxiety scores between the two groups and the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The effect of the cervical vertebra health exercise on the anxiety state of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spine is obvious, and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
