Effect of Xinfukang combined with Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the expression of CD31 and VEGFR2 in cardiac stem cells |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the regulation of CD31 and VEGFR2 protein expression in cardiac stem cells (CSC) under the the synergy between Xinfukang and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC). [Methods] The concentration of SDF-1α from BMSC with Xinfukang were detected by Elisa. The CSC was obtained through tissue explant method, and the purity was evaluated by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. During the experiment, the CSC pretreated with AMD3100 were co-cultured with Xinfukang,72 h later, the protein expression of CD31 and VEGFR2 in CSC was detected by Western Blot. [Results] Compared with the other two groups, the CD31 and VEGFR2 protein expression of CSC in the Xinfukang group was significantly increased (P<0.05). [Conclusion] BMSC with Xinfukang can increase the protein expression of CD31 and VEGFR2 in CSC,and the mechanism may be related to SDF-1α/CXCR4 axis. |
