| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the effects of different doses of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction on the central nervous system in mice. [Methods] Observe the effects of test drugs on mice of activity time, movement distance and still time in the central zone by the way of open field test. [Results] The movement distance decreased and still in the open field time increased by 3, 12, 24 and 36 g/kg of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction. [Conclusion] Different doses of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction can inhibit the central nervous system of mice in a dose-dependent manner. |
