| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the flavonoids in Xinnao Shutong capsules.[Methods] The compounds were separated and purified by low-pressure column chromatography in the ODS, silica gel chromatography column and preparative liquid chromatography Agilent 1 260. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NNR and LC-MS data. [Results] The six flavonoids were identified: Quercetin (1); Isorhamnetin (2); Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glycoside (3); Quercetin-3-O-gentiobioside (4); rutin (5); kaempferol (6). [Conclusion] Separating and identifing six flavonoids chemical compositions from Xinnao Shutong capsules are the first time. |
