Abstract
|
[Objective] Understand the awareness of Tianjin police officers in sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and STD occupational exposure and occupational protection,summarize the occupational protective measures of police officers. It will Provide realistic basis for the development of vocational protection research in the later stage. Methods the Tianjin Police Department staff is divided into the public security police, the reconnaissance police, the prison police, the traffic police and other police, The questionnaire is designed for the Tianjin police officer about STD cognition and STD occupation exposure cognition and occupation protection awareness, each group is randomly selected 100 police officers to questionnaire. [Results] 1)STD cognitive survey results: it is poor cognitive to police officers on STD disease and STD transmission, there is no difference between the police officer. 2)STD occupation exposure findings: in five injured common way, the probability of the public security police and the reconnaissance police officers in fist and bites are obviously higher than the prison police, traffic police and other police; for the common four kinds of body fluid contact mode, the probability of the public security police and the reconnaissance police contact blood, bloody vomit or excreta are significantly higher than the prison police, traffic police and other police. 3)STD occupation protection survey results: police officers for self protection consciousness about contact with blood, body fluids and other pollutants is poor. It is generally lack of STD occupation protection related training and lack of STD occupation protection measures, there is no difference between the police officer. [Conclusion] The STD cognitions of Tianjin police officers is poor, the occupation exposure risk is high, the occupation protection consciousness and occupation protection measures are obvious insufficient, we should strengthen related knowledge of the education and training among police officers; the comparison of STD cognition and occupation protection consciousness and protective measures have no obvious differences, the occupation exposure risk of the public security police and the reconnaissance police is higher than the prison police, traffic police and other police. |
