Abstract
|
[Objective] Observed the influence of Dendrobium compound(DC) affected on GLP-1 expression on aged diabetes. [Methods] Female Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, model group, DC Mixture low dose group, DC Mixture high dose group, metformin control group. Detect 0.5 and 2.5 h GLP-1 of each group. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the protein expression of GLP-1.[Results] The difference between 0.5 and 2.5 h of GLP-1 in the DC low group were lower than the molding group(P<0.05); the difference between 0.5 and 2.5 h of GLP-1 in the DC high group were higher markedly than the molding group(P <0.01);GLP-1 was not found in the small intestine.[Conclusion] The DC low group may slow down the metabolism of GLP-1, and the DC high group may promote the secretion of GLP-1 in 0.5 h. |
