Research of prescription screening of echinacoside solid lipid nanoparticles

Abstract
    [Objective] Explore the impact of different excipients for physical and chemical properties of echinacoside solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN), and thus made little tips for the study of water-soluble drugs prescription monomer SLN. [Methods] Fumble Myrj52, Compritol 888 ATO, glyceryl monostearate, soy lecithin and other accessories affecting the physicochemical properties of echinacoside SLN using a single variable method.[Results] With increasing of Myrj52 amount, the nanoparticles particle size decreased, zeta potential increased, encapsulation rate increased; with increasing of amounts of Compritol 888 ATO, encapsulation efficiency decreased slightly, zeta potential decreases; with increasing of amounts of glycerol monostearate, particle size increased significantly, encapsulation efficiency decreased slightly, zeta potential decreased; with increasing amounts of lecithin, particles size increased significantly, significantly reduced the potential entrapment rate.[Conclusion] Various accessories alone has a greater impact on physicochemical properties of echinacoside SLN, this study provides inspiration for prescription screening of water-soluble drug SLN.
