| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Observing the affect of Jianggui Yiying prescription with small dose of levothyroxine on treating the spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism. [Methods] Sixty cases were randomly divided into control group (western medicine) and treatment group (western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine), 30 cases in each group, 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment, treatment for 3 periods. [Results] Two methods all can increase T3, T4 and decrease TSH, before and after treatment the difference intra-group was statistically significant (P<0.05), TSH in the treatment group significantly lower than the control group after treatment, T3, T4 was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In TCM syndrome total efficacy, TCM syndrome integral, floating face limb swelling, god fatigue, cold, lumbar debility, and cold limbs for symptoms of abdominal distension, contrast treatment group was obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Jianggui Yiying decoction on spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type hashimoto's thyroiditis has good curative effect, curative effect of combination traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to pure western medicine treatment. |
