Abstract
|
[Objictive] To study the flavonoids constituents of Althaea rosea. [Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Sephadex LH-20, ODS, Silica gel column chromatorgraphies and PHPLC chromatorgraphy and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, UV, IR, MS). [Results] Nine flavonoids were obtained and identified as luteolin (1), luteolin-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-cis-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6″-feruloylglucoside) (7), kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside (8), kaempferol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), respectively. [Conclusion] Compounds 6, 7 were obtained from Althaea genus firstly, and 9 was isolated from the plant for the first time. |
