Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore three different fatty acid ratio of different proportions of single and whether the prescription icariin nanoparticles affect their formation. [Methods] By using single analog processing method, by using single analog processing methods, analog the process of processing and boiling, it takes particle size and potential sweep detection for the liquid and try to separate particles, detect the drug content and free particle dose by HPLC. [Results] Determined by the size of the potential discovery of three fatty acids could be found in different proportions and the ratio of single use will form nanoparticles and will epimedium glycoside drug content and particle size of nanoparticles formed impact. [Conclusion] Suet different fatty acid composition may have different effects on the formation of nanoparticles icariin. |
