| How to turn the scientific and technical achievements by colleges and universities to industrial strength? It's also seems the process of transformation from research universities to entrepreneurial university. The collaborative innovation centers combine colleges and universities with enterprises tightly, which helps change the short and unilateral way by commission cooperation to long-lasting and associated one. |
