Abstract
|
In order to solve the problems of randomized controlled trials, such as patient preferences, ethics and compliance, researchers have proposed patient preference randomized controlled trials. This study mainly introduces some designs: patient preference two-stage trial design (Wennberg design, Rücker design), comprehensive cohort design (Brewin design and Olschewski design), prerandomized design and Korn design. This study also evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of these designs, so that researchers and clinical doctors could select the appropriate designs according to the research purpose and the characteristics of the disease. |
