Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease. [Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases, two groups were treated with conventional therapy. Treatment group given Furong Tongmai capsule oral and astragalus injection intravenous combined with cilostazol oral, control group with single oral cilostazol tablets, observe two groups of clinical symptoms, temperatures in dorsal foot, ABI changes. [Results] In the treatment group, the improvement of clinical symptoms, the full back temperature, ABI and other aspects of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and no obvious adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Effect of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetic peripheral vascular disease is better than the single use of cilostazol. |
