Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of Naoxintong(NXT) on cardiacstem cell function and to explore its possible mechanism.[Methods] We use real-time RT-PCR array technology, Western-blot ,flow cytometry and transwell methods to investigate the expression of CXCR4 on the cardiac stem/progenitor cell by NXT. [Results] The results showed that the expression of CXCR4 gene and CXCR4 protein in cardiac stem cell were both increased by NXT. [Conclusion] The migration of cardiac stem cell is promoted by NXT through the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis. |
