Abstract
|
[Objective] To select the best extraction process of sennoside from senna. [Methods] To establish the method for simultaneous determination of Sennoside A and Sennoside B, the method utilizes the content of Sennoside A and Sennoside B as a quality control. Based on the single factor, the best extraction process is selected by orthogonal test. [Results] The best process for extraction was 10 fold 0.5% sodium bicarbonate was used to extract Sennoside under 60 ℃ for an hour. [Conclusion] The developed process is stable and reliable, and can be readily utilized for related research and actual production. |
