Abstract

At present, universities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) ushered in its rapid development period of historical opportunities, the evaluation system of traditional "virtue, ability, diligent, accomplishment" has been unable to meet the needs of school development, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation, evaluation, self-evaluation, active new teacher evaluation system for the characteristics of process evaluation is particularly important. This paper discusses the characteristics, higher institutions of Chinese medicine model of teacher evaluation system of meaning, connotation and implementation, conducted a preliminary exploration and research on the theory and practice of higher institutions of Chinese medicine model of teacher evaluation system. |
