Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the expression of fibrinogen hypersensitive C-reactive protein, and complement system in the patients with acute myocardial infarction and blood stasis syndrome. [Methods] Detect the levels of fibrinogen, hypersensitive C reactive protein, and the complement system including C3, C4, C5b-9 for 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction including blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome, the same as 33 healthy control group, and analyse the correlation between the indexes above and blood stasis syndrome. [Results] Comparing with the control group, levels of fibrinogen, hypersensitive C reactive protein, and the complement system including C3, C4, C5b-9 in patients of AMI were significantly higher than those in control group, and levels in blood stasis syndrome group were higher than in non-blood stasis syndrome group;there were positive correlation between blood stasis and hs-CRP, FIB and D-dimer(r=0.239, r=0.402, r=0.199, P<0.05); there were positive correlation between score of GRACE and the levels of blood stasis syndrome, hs-CRP(r=0.309, r=0.376, P<0.05). [Conclusion] There are certain degree of inflammatory reaction and high coagulation state in patients with acute myocardial infarction, which express more obviously in blood stasis group;there are positive correlation between blood stasis group hs-CRP, FIB and D-dimer;early dialectical therapy for blood stasis syndrome in patients of AMI with a high risk can reduce the risk of the occurrence of acute cardiovascular events.
