Abstract
[Objective] Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology(GC-MS) to identify the chemical composition of volatile oil of Dan-lou tablets. [Method] In this paper, volatile components of Dan-lou tablets were extracted by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPEM). Their structures were identified based GC-MS database combined with Retention Index (KI) calculated. [Results] Fourty-four kinds of volatile oil compounds were identified from Dan-lou tablet, which accounted 72.46% of the total volatile oil components. The ingredients which have content more than 5% were Ligustilide (17.49%), β-Elemenone (11.07%), (-)-Spathulenol(8.95%), 3-butenyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone (5.502%) et al. [Conclusion] Volatile components of Dan-lou tablet are fully analyzed. The identifiedcompounds have multiple activities according the prevent reports. This article provides a scientific basis for quality control and further pharmacological research of Dan-lou tablets.
