| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To optimize the prescription of Icariin/HAP nanoparticle gel and evaluate its in vitro release characteristics. [Methods] The Icariin/HAP nanoparticle suspension liquid was prepared by physical adsorption, Icariin / HAP nanoparticle gel was prepared by grinding method, orthogonal design was used to optimize prescription, dialysis method was developed for the determination of Icariin/HAP nanoparticle gel in the drug release. [Results] The optimum gel was made by carbomer 1%, triethanolamine 1.5%, Propylene glycol 5%, the in vitro release curve of Icariin/HAP nanoparticle gel, Icariin gel and Icariin solution were fitted with pseudo-first-order model and Weibull model. [Conclusion] Using carbomer to make Icariin/HAP nanoparticle gel is simple and stable, can improve the stability of Icariin/HAP nanoparticle suspension liquid. |
