Abstract
|
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the combination of the decoction of the root of the root of the root of the root and the keel in the treatment of depression after tumor. Methods: a simple digital table method was used to meet the inclusion criteria of 102 cases of cancer patients with depression, were randomly divided into the treatment group 51 cases and the control group of 51 cases. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of DC plus keel oyster decoction, 3 times a day, each time 100 mL. At the same time to give psychological intervention. The control group was given orally every morning Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets one tme everyday. Continuous treatment for 6 weeks, 6 weeks after the statistics of the 2 groups of patients with clinical efficacy and drug side effects, compared HAMD points, changes in quality of life. Results: there was significant difference(P<0.05) comparing the treatment group 2 patients with HAMD scores compared with significant difference (P<0.05); in the treatment group, the total effective rate of 88.24%, control group, the total efficiency of 70.59%, two groups total efficiency was statistically significant (P<0.05); quality of life after treatment in the two groups, the side effects of the drug occurred rate was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: it is better than the control group, no significant adverse reaction, can significantly improve the depressive state of the patients with post depression depression and improve their quality of life. |
