| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the effect of ginsenoside Re on platelet aggregation function.[Methods] In vitro, through the Born law, effect of ginsenoside Re on sodium salt adenosine diphosphate (ADP), platelet-activating factor (PAF), arachidonic acid (AA)-induced platelet aggregation rate of.[Results] Ginsenoside Re in vitro ADP, PAF, AA-induced platelet aggregation was statistically significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01), median inhibiting concentration (IC50), 0.197 g/L, 0.242 g/L, and 0.443 g/L respectively.[Conclusion] The ginsenoside Re in a dose-dependent inhibition of in vitro ADP, PAF, AA-induced platelet aggregation, and ADP-induced platelet aggregation was stronger than PAF, AA. |
