Abstract

[Objective] Establish commercial Cistanche Pieces of HPLC fingerprint identification cistanche authenticity.Establish HPLC method for the determination of benzene in commercial cistanche glycosides content.[Methods] Standard Cistanche herbs as a reference fingerprint,using high performance liquid chromatography to analyze the fingerprint of Cistanche Pieces;Using Kromasil C18 column,methanol:water (containing 0.1% formic acid) for gradient elution and wave length of detection was at 330 nm.[Results] The method precision,stability,good reproducibility,different market purchases of Cistanche fingerprints large differences.Phenylethanoid glycosides determination method meet the requirements.[Conclusion] Cistanche Pieces that purchase in Fujian,Jiangsu and Shandong province identified as counterfeit.Cistanche Pieces of the other provinces glycosides benzene content to purchase to meet the requirements,a preliminary evaluation of the quality to meet the requirements. |
