| Abstract

| [Objective] To research the quality control of Jiawei Xianglian pill.[Methods] Paeoniae Radix Alba,Angelicae Sinesis Radix and Scutellaria Radix of Jiawei Xianglian pill was identified by TLC.HPLC was applied to determine the content of paeoniflorin,naringin,baicalin and magnolol.[Results] TLC identification methods had good specificities without interference from negative control.The calibration curves of paeoniflorin,naringin,baicalin and magnolol were linear in the ranges of 0.011 68~0.116 8,0.022~0.22,0.255~0.025 5 and 0.004 1~0.041 mg/mL.The average recoveries wear 98.75%(RSD=1.63%),99.79%(RSD=1.3%),99.22%(RSD=1.57%),99.36%(RSD=1.6%).[Conclusion] This method was simple,pricise and repeatablewhich can be used for quality control of Jiawei Xianglian pill. |
